Fire Safety Advocates Honored at Annual Fire Prevention Week Luncheon

Camp I Am Me by the Illinois Fire Safety Alliance honored several fire safety and prevention advocates at the 82nd annual Fire Prevention Week Luncheon on October 12th. 31,000 Smoke Alarms Distributed Since 2018!

“Be Alarmed!,” which began in 2018, is a fire safety education and smoke alarm installation program administered cooperatively between Camp I Am Me (CIAM) and the Office of the Illinois State Fire Marshal (OSFM). The program distributes fire safety education materials and 10-year sealed battery smoke alarms to fire departments in the state of Illinois.
